In compliance with Section 15.2-2204 of the Code of Virginia and amendments thereto, the Wythe County Board of Supervisors will conduct a public hearing to consider adopting an ordinance for vacation of right-of-ways or streets entitled:
“An Ordinance Discontinuing and Vacating a Portion of First Street, a Public Right-of-Way in the Community of Max Meadows, Fort Chiswell Magisterial District of Wythe County, Virginia”
The Board of Supervisors will hear comments from citizens concerning the adoption of the proposed ordinance.
The public hearing will be held on Tuesday, March 8, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. in the Board Room of the Wythe County Office Building, 340 South Sixth Street, Wytheville, Virginia.
