In compliance with the Code of Virginia and amendments thereto, the Wythe County Board of Supervisors will conduct a public hearing to consider Ordinance 2019-2 entitled, “Ordinance to Exempt Real Property Owned by Millwald Theatre, Inc. from Real Property Taxation“. 

The public hearing will be held on Tuesday, September 10, 2019, at 7:06 p.m. in the Board Room of the Wythe County Office Building, 340 South Sixth Street, Wytheville, Virginia.
