In compliance with Section 15.2-2006 of the Code of Virginia and amendments thereto, the Wythe County Board of Supervisors will conduct a public hearing to consider adopting an ordinance for vacation of right-of-ways or streets entitled: 

“An Ordinance Discontinuing and Vacating Public Right-of-Ways on the Property owned by Janet H. Dew including portions of Richmond Street, Norfolk Street, Fourth Street, Wythe Avenue and Sixth Street located in the Community of Max Meadows, Wythe County, Virginia” 

The Board of Supervisors will hear comments from citizens concerning the adoption of the proposed ordinance. 

The public hearing will be held on Tuesday, September 10, 2019, at 7:08 p.m. in the Board Room of the Wythe County Office Building, 340 South Sixth Street, Wytheville, Virginia.
