In compliance with the Code of Virginia and amendments thereto, the Wythe County Board of Supervisors will conduct a public hearing to consider an ordinance entitled, “Cigarette Tax Ordinance of Wythe County, Virginia”. The Board of Supervisors will hear comments from citizens concerning the proposed ordinance.
The public hearing will be held on Tuesday, May 25, 2021, at 6:10 p.m. in the Board Room of the Wythe County Office Building, 340 South Sixth Street, Wytheville, Virginia. CLICK HERE to view a copy of the proposed ordinance.
