General: The Wythe County Board of Supervisors (“WCBOS”) is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to provide carpentry work in the Town of Rural Retreat.
Description of Services: The WCBOS intends to construct walls to create bunk rooms inside the existing emergency services building. Work to include Demolition, framing, sheetrock, HVAC and electrical.
Requirements: Contractors wishing to submit a bid shall provide:
- BID Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable Surety in the amount of 5% made payable to Wythe County, Virginia.
- A performance Bond to include materials and labor will be required and the cost will be included in the bid price.
- Provide a copy of the Contractors license issued by the Commonwealth of Virginia.
- Schedule a pre bid site visit with Wythe County Engineering Department.
Bids will be received at the below address on August 16th 2024 by 2 pm.
