Payment Options 

Online Payments

• Option 1: Sign in or Sign up for Online Payments
  • Allows to check past transactions, make payments, enroll in autopay, view bills, view consumption history, view transaction history
  • Autopay – Choose Echeck or Credit Card option
    • Payments will automatically be processed on the due date of your bills

• Option 2: Quick Pay
  • Echeck - $1.95 standard transaction fee (regardless of amount)
    • Credit Card - 3.95% transaction fee with a minimum of $ 2.50

Phone Payments

• Select prompt to pay via Interactive Voice Response (IVR)
  • Standard Fees (Echeck $1.95, Credit Card 3.95% with a $ 2.50 minimum)
  • Additionally, a $0.50 Transaction fee will be charged for IVR Service

Automated Clearing House (ACH) Payment Option

• This option allows customers to pay bills with no transaction fees.
• Customers will fill out ACH form – available at the Water Department or online at wytheco.org.
• Wythe County Water and Wastewater Department will submit form to Customer’s bank for processing
• Payments will automatically be made on the 15^th of each month by the Customer’s bank

Customers may still make payments by:

• In person at the Water Department or drop box.
• Via mail to 340 South Sixth Street, Wytheville VA 24382

Note: If you are paying a FINAL utility bill you will need to contact the Water Department directly. If your service has been disconnected for non-payment, you will need to contact the water department: 276-223-4501
