In compliance with the Code of Virginia of 1950, and amendments thereto, the Wythe County Board of Supervisors will conduct a public hearing to consider an Ordinance entitled, “Delinquent County Tax and Other Charges, Administrative Cost and Attorney’s Fees Ordinance of Wythe County, Virginia.”
The Board of Supervisors shall hear comments from citizens concerning the proposed Ordinance on Tuesday, October 25, 2022, at 6:05 p.m. in the Board Room of the Wythe County Office Building, 340 South Sixth Street, Wytheville, Virginia.

The County of Wythe, Va., seeks proposals from professional playground equipment providers and designers to replace and improve playground facilities at Ager Park. Elements must be inclusive and have handicap accessible components, easy maintenance, incorporate natural elements, and encourage health and fitness through play.

Pre-Proposal reviews: Interested firms who would like to review the playground with staff prior to submitting a proposal should do so no later than Monday, November 7, 2022. Call Recreation Director Kevin Williams at 276-223-4519 to schedule.
Deadline: Interested firms must submit proposals by Wednesday, November 16, 2022 at 11 a.m.

The Board of Supervisors shall hear comments from citizens concerning the proposed Ordinance on Tuesday, October 11, 2022, at 6:05 p.m. in the Board Room of the Wythe County Office Building, 340 South Sixth Street, Wytheville, Virginia.

The County of Wythe, Virginia is soliciting proposals from interested and qualified firms or entities to provide formal codification of its ordinances. This is a long-term partnership, and the winning proposal should reflect the ability of the proposer to meet the county’s codification needs for the long term.
Sealed proposals are due in the County Administrator’s Office no later than 2:00 p.m. local time Wednesday, October 26, 2022. Firms or entities submitting proposals must meet the minimum qualifications and criteria as described in scope of work.

The Wythe County 2021 Real Estate & Personal Property delinquent taxes are as published under the authority of Section 58-1.3924 of the Code of Virginia as amended. The "Total Due" is valid through 9/13/2022 and does not include prior year unpaid tax, if applicable.
