The Wythe County Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, November 9, 2022 at 6:05 p.m. to hear public comment for potential lease of the Wythe County APEX Center, identified as tax parcel 43-26M, located on Chapman Road and Ready Mix Road. The hearing will take place in the Board Room of the County Administration Building, 340 South Sixth Street, Wytheville, Virginia.
In compliance with the Code of Virginia of 1950, and amendments thereto, the Wythe County Board of Supervisors will conduct a public hearing to consider an Ordinance entitled, “Delinquent County Tax and Other Charges, Administrative Cost and Attorney’s Fees Ordinance of Wythe County, Virginia.”
The Board of Supervisors shall hear comments from citizens concerning the proposed Ordinance on Tuesday, October 25, 2022, at 6:05 p.m. in the Board Room of the Wythe County Office Building, 340 South Sixth Street, Wytheville, Virginia.

The County of Wythe, Va., seeks proposals from professional playground equipment providers and designers to replace and improve playground facilities at Ager Park. Elements must be inclusive and have handicap accessible components, easy maintenance, incorporate natural elements, and encourage health and fitness through play.

The County of Wythe, Virginia is soliciting proposals from interested and qualified firms or entities to provide formal codification of its ordinances. This is a long-term partnership, and the winning proposal should reflect the ability of the proposer to meet the county’s codification needs for the long term.
